Replacement parts for a 50 year old guitar isn't possible. I think you are looking for the bushings. Didn't the Gover tuners come with any? My notes say the Grover bushing are .344" diameter over the knurl. The existing holes in the headstock are probably .354" (9mm) diameter. That will require building up the inside of the holes with superglue with a toothpick. Not much fun.

I assume the Grover tuners have a .250" diameter shaft, vs. the Yamaha .236" (5mm)?? I forgot I actually have some FG-300 tuner parts, including the original bushings. They measure .364" (9.25mm) over the knurl.
